Head of Global Products at Encompass Digital Media, is a media technology and services executive with 25-years of experience with media companies and technology providers ranging in size from small entrepreneurial startups to global organizations and brands. Encompass has a broad suite of solutions to enable content acquisition, channel origination and delivery to MVPDs and direct to consumers. Rick has also been instrumental in establishing the company’s roster of best-in-breed digital partners across the OTT/TVE ecosystem.

Prior to joining Encompass, Rick was Vice President and General Manager of Sales & Business Development at Bitcentral – an industry leading media technology provider dedicated to streamlining workflows and enabling content owners to drive more revenue across more platforms. Prior to that role, he led all Product Management and Marketing strategy for the company.
