The 2017 Bass Player Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, at 12:00 NOON on Saturday November 4.
Doors open at 11:00am.
The presentation of the award will be followed by an exclusive performance by
Flea and an assortment of surprise guests and friends.
Saturday Night renowned R&B icon, Donald "Duck" Dunn (posthumously)
and session legend and James Taylor bassist Jimmy Johnson will be
awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Each award presentation will be followed by a tribute concert
featuring many of the world-renowned professional
bass players attending the event.
Saturday Night's show begins at 7:30pm (Doors 7:00pm) on SIR’s main stage.
