Vicki Jones

SVP, Customer Experience and Operations, AT&T Entertainment Group

Vicki Jones is Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations for AT&T Entertainment Group. Her team is responsible for end-to-end Customer Experience strategy, investment and execution, and overall operations support for AT&T’s mobility and consumer businesses – including channels such as Retail Sales and Distribution, Sales and Service Centers, Commercial and Connected Communities. Her team also supports the apple relationship and the wireless reseller business. These business units generate more than $120 billion in annualized revenue and support tens of millions of customers. In addition, Vicki’s team also owns the delivery of FCC merger conditions associated with the DIRECTV transaction and Entertainment Group compliance and audit support.

Prior to this role, she held numerous leadership positions including: Omni-Channel strategy development; DIRECTV merger planning; U-verse sales and service and IP transformation; technical support for IP and legacy products in business and consumer markets; business sales; product management and development, corporate strategy and business development.

Vicki received a 2016 Bronze Stevie award for Maverick of the Year – Consumer Products or Services Industries. She was also named as a member of CableFax 2016 Most Powerful Women in Cable.

Vicki is an active member of the Frost Bank Advisory Board and an executive sponsor for the Women of AT&T. She earned an MBA in eCommerce from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio. She lives in Plano with her husband, Tim Hutton, and enjoys golf.
